Speaker’s Profile: August and June have been serving in Southeast Asia since 2021, where August’s primary role has been as an advisor in a translation project. August and June are mid-career switchers who moved from working public and private sectors for around a decade in Singapore to full-time translation work. They have two children, aged 13 and 15 years.
