Stories From the Field: Caring for Cross-Cultural Workers

Date: Tue, 3 Nov 2026

Time: 8 pm – 930 pm Singapore Time (Online Zoom)

Ever wonder what keeps cross-cultural workers thriving in the field? Caring for cross-cultural workers is essential, but what does it actually take to do it well? Uncover the why and what of member care, including the vital structures an organisation needs and the characteristics of a great person for the job. Walk away with a deeper appreciation of cross-cultural workers’ needs, and actionable next steps to better support and care for them.

Who’s it for:

Carers in any capacity, and every encourager with a heart to practically support and uplift someone serving on the cross-cultural field.

Speaker’s Profile:

Having lived in four countries, Hannah has served in two of them. During her 25 years with Wycliffe, she and her husband have also spent part of that time pastoring in various departments of their home church. She considers it a privilege to care for co-workers in the field, whether they are from Wycliffe or other organisations, with the ultimate reward being to see them thrive where they are. In her free time, she enjoys sharing jokes with her adult kids, playing with cats, writing poems, and listening to music.
