Are you involved in children’s ministry, and longing to share Bible stories with the children, but the stories are too long, the words are too difficult, and before you reach the end, the children’s attention has wandered elsewhere? Then this training series is for you!

Join us to learn how to prepare Bible stories in a form your students will love and listen to! The sessions will cover crafting, telling, discussion and activities.

Event Synopsis:

Practical training in facilitating the learning of the Bible stories in Storying Fellowship Groups (SFG). Team leaders will have to craft the story and plan the activities in advance to teach the Bible stories to their children. By the end of the four sessions, each team of teachers should be fully equipped to continue the SFG/teaching process on their own.

Date: 18 February 2023, 4 March 2023, 18 March 2023, 1 April 2023 (Four Saturday mornings)

Time: 9 AM - 12 PM

Note:

• Participants who were part of the earlier Storying Facilitator and Crafting Training should be present for all four sessions.
• New participants only need to be present for sessions 2 - 4 (4 Mar - 1 Apr).
