About The Event

Topic: Starting from Scratch—Ministry to an Unreached People Group

Speaker: David

How do you reach an unreached people group? What if you are the first Christian workers to live there? What are the issues and challenges? David and his wife began this work with very little idea how things would work out.

Come and hear how they chose a language group, set up a home there, built relationships and discipled the early believers. He will also share about learning language and translating Scripture.

About the speaker:

David and his wife and daughters lived overseas for 10 years among an unreached people group and pioneered the start of a Bible translation project. David graduated in Physics from Oxford University and PhD in Mathematics from Cambridge University, UK. He also has an MDiv from Biblical Graduate School of Theology (BGST).
